MFM’s Visit to Montfort Boys Town

MFM’s delegation led by Ms Carol Chan, General Manager, Corporate Affairs met with Mr. Arul, Deputy Director of Montfort Boys Town (MBT). MBT is an established Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution. In this meeting, our MFM team shared plans of rebuilding a team of multi-skilled and competent workforce for MFM’s centralised engineering workshop facility that would require talents from MBT, especially the Facilities Maintenance course. After a tour of the facilities and workshop at the MBT learning campus, both parties agreed to collaborate and explore career opportunities with the MBT graduates and offer internship placement for year one students, who will be placed within the MFM Group of Companies.
