MFM Leadership Conference – Breakthrough Turbulence & Storm

The MFM Leadership Conference was a momentous occasion with 253 enthusiastic attendees eager to delve into the profound insights offered. The conference served as a platform for participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of our organisation’s remarkable journey, successfully weathering through the challenges presented by the Eight Perfect Storms. With an eye towards progress, the conference aimed to empower individuals to navigate the ever-changing landscape and anticipate what lies ahead. Through thought-provoking presentations, engaging discussions, and an interactive session, attendees were able to gain a deep understanding of our organisation’s resilience and acquire invaluable knowledge to lead effectively in times of uncertainty. Participants also heard from Mr Samuel Kim, the Founding President of the Center for Asia Leadership and trainer of MFM’s in-house Harvard Leadership Programme present motivational aspects of leadership. One of his key messages was “Ability to Respond is Attitude + Aptitude + Action” to deal with uncertainties and changes. The event fostered a sense of unity, determination, and shared purpose among participants, solidifying their commitment to weather any storm that may arise and carve a path towards success.
