Learning the Power of Empathy at MFM Pasir Gudang

Following the success of our recent Caring and Connected event at our Lumut and Sitiwan plants, our dedicated Caring and Connected counsellors continued the Learn-over-Lunch (LoL) sessions on ‘The Power of Empathy’ at our Pasir Gudang plant. These sessions were designed to cultivate a supportive workplace culture and emphasise the importance of mental well-being. We are proud to announce that the roadshow was successfully completed with 27 employees attended.
