As we approached the end of 2023, it was only fitting to take a moment to reflect on the hard work and dedication that each team member has contributed to our collective success. At MFM, we believe in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and what better way to express our gratitude than by organising the DSM Mini Sports Day on 2 December 2023.

The DSM Mini Sports Day is a celebration of our team’s resilience, teamwork and unwavering commitment to excellence. This fun day of sports and camaraderie aims to reinforce the bonds between colleagues, encouraging a sense of unity and cooperation that transcends the boundaries of the workplace.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Marina Island Resort, the DSM Mini Sports Day had an array of exciting activities designed to bring out the competitive and collaborative spirit in each team member. From friendly team-building exercises to thrilling sports challenges, every moment is an opportunity to strengthen connections, foster team spirit and unwind in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
