DPP Team’s Lunch Engagement Session with Mr Teh Wee Chye

A Lunch Engagement Session was organised for the Dindings Tyson team with Mr Teh. It was an insightful experience for the team as Mr Teh shared his thoughts on the 3G’s which will significantly impact our world for the next 20 years: Geopolitical, Global Governance and Good Governance.

Mr Teh also shared advice for personal growth and the key takeaways were: Don’t shy away from asking questions, seek insights from diverse sources, maintain a hunger for knowledge and personal development, assume ownership of your tasks, invest in training for advancement, and view mistakes as valuable learning opportunities that contribute to your growth.

This session not only reinforced our shared goals and objectives but also highlighted the significance of open communication across all levels of the organisation. Together, we continue to pave the way for innovation and excellence in everything we do.
