Coffee Engagement Session

The first round of Coffee Engagement Session with Executive Deputy Chairman cum Managing Director, Mr Teh Wee Chye of 2023 was attended by 10 of MFM’s newest family members, who have never experienced close encounter face-to-face with the Executive Deputy Chairman cum Managing Director before. Key take-aways shared:

• SPEND TIME TO DEFINE PROBLEM. As Einstein said “If I had one hour to solve a problem, I would spend 55 minutes defining the problem and the remaining 5 minutes thinking about solutions. Then, the solution becomes more obvious”.
• Be ENTREPRENEURIAL by SEEING PROBLEMS AS OPPORTUNITY.
• When change happens, continue to REPRIORITISE your tasks, and build team synergy.
• Practice stress ACCEPTANCE. Know your limit, be truthful to yourself, and talk to your colleagues if needed.
• Manage your emotional states by EATING HEALTHY FOOD, doing some EXERCISES every day and having GOOD SLEEP.
