Advancing Flour Milling: Insights from the Regional Flour Technical Exchange

The Regional Flour Technical Exchange event held at PT Bungasari’s Medan factory brought together 40 participants from Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Highlights included learning about cutting-edge milling technologies and innovations for improved operational efficiency, sharing best practices and strategies for enhancing milling processes and flour quality, actively participating in Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) activities, and gaining insights into crafting robust production plans.

The Regional Flour Technical Exchange in MFM Group was organised to provide an enriching platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration across our operations in the region. Thank you to the PT Bungasari team for hosting this year. We look forward to holding the event in Malaysia or Vietnam next year!
