Your First Day at MFM Group
Your first day matters. At MFM, we ensure that you feel supported and part of the team from the moment you arrive. With our Buddy System, new joiners are paired with a colleague who can guide you through your early days — whether it is finding your way around or understanding how things are done here.
Orientation that Brings It All Together
Once you have settled in, you will join our Orientation Programme — a one-day session designed to help you connect the dots across our business. You will learn more about MFM's history, values, HR practices, and how our different divisions work together as one Group.
Coffee Engagement with MD
As part of your onboarding journey, you will be invited to Coffee Engagement with MD. It is a small-group session where new employees can exchange ideas, share early impressions, and hear directly from our leadership about where we are headed — and how each of us plays a part.

Every year, MFM organizes the annual town-hall session to provide the platform for senior management team to engage and communicate organizational goals and business strategies with employees within the Group.
Festive Celebrations, Durian Feast & Many More
MFM is a fun place to be! Beside celebrating Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas, MFM also organizes various fun filled activities such as Durian Feast, Annual Dinner and many more throughout the year.
