Learn over Lunch (LoL): Self-Discovery Workshop Through Expressive Art

A “LOL” (Learn Over Lunch) session called “Self-Discovery Workshop through Expressive Art” was facilitated by our Caring and Connected Counsellors from International Medical University (IMU). The session was attended by Executive Deputy Chairman cum Managing Director, Mr Teh Wee Chye, several members of the Senior Leadership team and colleagues from various departments in HQ office. It was a very positive and new experience; where the participants explored more about themselves and learnt how to prioritize their well-being through expressive art. Due to its obvious benefits, OD & Training team will be introducing the same “LOL” session to our colleagues based in plants and farms beginning June 2023. Stay tuned!
